  Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

• Due to the nature of food products, opened jam jars cannot be returned for safety reasons.

2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
